光本管道防腐胶带是为国外按要求加工生产的产品，用料一律进口，质量好寿命长，绿色环保。可以不用水激活一样使用，强度超过水激活类，本带不怕水。
一、用途
本带主要应用在各类管道堵漏和管道防腐修复中，广泛应用于耐高温、耐腐蚀玻璃钢容器、管道、防腐内衬，空调列车风道、阻燃电缆桥架、海上石油钻井平台用隔栅以及石化、轻工、电力、工业、农业、水利、化工、油田、矿山、运输业、建筑业、服务业甚至机关学校和居民家庭的地上和地下管道系统或热力保温管道表层维护、各类输送气体（空气、煤气、化学气味等）和液体（水油、化学液体等）管道出现裂缝、漏洞或焊接空隙、聚乙烯、橡胶、混凝土、塑料、玻璃、纤维及木材质所制成的和各种规格的管道等。
二、组成成分
1、玻璃纤维、碳化纤维、；2、环氧树脂40~60%；3、聚铣胺树脂20~35%；4、酚醛玻璃钢树脂10~18%；5、酸性固化剂0.2~1%；6、石墨粉0.5~2%；7、瓷料0.5~2%；8、石英粉0.5~2%；9、硫酸钡粉1~4%、自行配置COXS混合液等。
三、制作流程
本带是把玻璃纤维和碳化纤维等几种材料混合后编织成宽各种宽度长度，将以上规格的复合布侵泡在调和好的环氧树脂和聚铣胺树脂、酚醛玻璃钢树脂以苯酚和甲醛以主要原材料，在碱性条件下经缩聚而成的热固性树脂，加入酸性固化剂后可加热固化，也可常温固化，还可以与环氧树脂配合使用（环氧树脂／酚醛树脂＝70／30）。酚醛树脂固化用量通常为6-10％。选择适量石墨粉、瓷料、石英粉、硫酸钡粉等固体填料，以酚醛树脂为基材，放入 5~10℃恒温桶中，圆桶内搅拌板搅拌可以让树脂和璃纤维布充分搅拌均匀，每次定时器定到60分钟，璃纤维布上均匀的粘涂到树脂后机器自动卷成圆卷后装到铝箔纸袋,抽真空后充入惰性气体即可封口机封袋，再装入到透明塑料薄膜袋里，再透明塑料薄膜袋装入透明一次性塑料防护手套和说明书封口机封袋完成。按照不同宽度和长度带。
四、使用说明
把管道中的压力卸去，将需要修理的表面擦拭干部并用砂纸打磨。戴上备有的护手套把防腐带取出（当空气温度在15℃以下时，用50℃以上热水细水浇灌，其效果更好）。在管道破裂处（无泄漏介质溢出）用本带用力绕紧，需在破裂处端外4cm处以上开始缠绕，每层抗压0.1MPa，最少不能低于5层，为了增加粘合强度、可沿缠绕方向用力旋拧，直到有树脂渗出，如有需要，外面还可添加一层，渗出多余的树脂可用酒精或丙酮擦去，40分钟后，修补部分就如同钢铁一般坚固，并形成永久性密封，不会再漏介质。
